Saint-Barth by adoption, she's been on the island for 17 years and has worked in the environmental sector for 10 years. She'll be happy to tell you all about the sea turtles and humpback whales that visit our waters in the winter.

Cécile also loves to cook, and she complements the Captain's dishes with her sweet treats.
